Structural Assessment of a Jetty Subjected to Mobile Operational Loads

INCIMAT performs structural assessment studies of jetties, wharves, and port structures subjected to mobile loads associated with transportation, maintenance, and industrial operational activities.

These studies enable the verification of the load-bearing capacity of beams, piles, slabs, bracing systems, and structural connections under the effects of vehicles, heavy machinery, material handling equipment, and other operational loads that may act on the infrastructure throughout its service life.

The analysis is carried out using advanced structural models, taking into account the interaction between the various load-bearing elements, support conditions, dynamic effects associated with moving loads, and the environmental actions characteristic of marine and industrial environments.

The assessments make it possible to determine the available operational capacity, identify potential usage limitations, and, where necessary, define strengthening or adaptation measures that ensure structural safety and the continuity of operations within the facility.
