INCIMAT developed the design for a 500 kWp industrial self-consumption photovoltaic system, aimed at reducing energy consumption from the grid and improving the economic and environmental efficiency of a production facility.
The project included an analysis of the facility’s energy demand, the determination of the optimal installed capacity, the layout of the photovoltaic modules, a shading study, the selection of inverters, and the electrical integration of the system with the existing internal grid.
During the project’s development, technical criteria were evaluated, including the orientation and tilt of the modules, estimated energy production, system losses, compatibility with available roofs or surfaces, and electrical connection conditions.
The design optimized the system’s solar energy capture, maximizing renewable energy generation for self-consumption and reducing the industrial facility’s energy dependence.
The result was an efficient, scalable photovoltaic solution tailored to the plant’s actual consumption needs, contributing to a reduction in energy costs and associated emissions.
