Primary Healthcare Building Project

INCIMAT developed the project for a primary healthcare building designed to provide outpatient medical services, integrating principles of functionality, energy efficiency, accessibility, and quality of care.

The scope of work included the architectural and technical design of the facility, defining the layout of consultation rooms, diagnostic areas, treatment rooms, administrative offices, waiting areas, and the auxiliary spaces required for the efficient operation of the healthcare center.

During the development of the project, key aspects such as patient and healthcare staff circulation, universal accessibility, user safety, fire protection, building services, and compliance with healthcare-specific regulations were thoroughly evaluated.

Using advanced BIM modeling tools, coordination between disciplines was optimized, enabling the integration of architecture, structural engineering, and building services within a single digital environment that facilitated project development and control.

The result was a modern, efficient healthcare facility tailored to the needs of the community, delivering high standards of functionality, comfort, and sustainability.
