INCIMAT developed the design for a gas receiving facility and the associated supply network for an industrial processing plant, defining a safe, efficient solution tailored to the facility’s energy needs.
The work included analyzing projected consumption, defining supply points, laying out the internal network, and selecting pipe diameters, valves, control components, safety systems, and connection points to the consumer equipment.
During the project’s development, conditions such as pressure, flow rate, pressure drops, zoning, accessibility for maintenance, and compatibility with the plant’s industrial operations were verified.
The solution was designed with safety, service continuity, ease of operation, and regulatory compliance in mind, paying special attention to leak protection, ventilation, signage, and shut-off devices.
The result was a technically optimized gas network capable of ensuring an adequate supply to the process equipment and contributing to the safe and efficient operation of the industrial facility.
