INCIMAT developed a cost estimate for an international industrial infrastructure project, providing a preliminary economic assessment designed to support decision-making during the initial planning and development phases.
The work included analyzing the project’s technical scope, identifying the main construction units, assessing the necessary resources, and estimating the costs associated with engineering, equipment supply, construction, logistics, and commissioning.
Throughout the process, factors specific to international projects were taken into account, such as material transportation, local execution conditions, resource availability, indirect costs, contingencies, and regulatory and administrative particularities of the host country.
The methodology employed enabled the development of different economic scenarios based on the proposed design alternatives and implementation strategies, facilitating the assessment of the project’s technical and financial feasibility.
The result was a structured and traceable cost estimate capable of serving as the basis for feasibility studies, investment analysis, and the planning of future engineering and construction phases.
